Health is always present. Reconnection to health occurs when the body is truly heard. CST has its roots in Osteopathy but uses no manipulation. Rather, a gentle touch that interacts with deeply subtle rhythms and impulses in the body to assist with self-repair.

Some people come for regular, constitutional sessions having experienced what CST can offer. Others come with conditions as diverse as dental issues, IBS, hormonal imbalances, PTSD, chronic fatigue, tinnitus, whiplash, sleep disorders, RSI as well as back, neck and joint pains.

CST promotes a sense of wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level from which the ups and downs of life can best be lived, unhindered by low energy, recurring illness, chronic pain or anxiety.

I love what I do!
